What happened
EE has sore forearm wrist and thumb from using hand crimper all day. EE was soldering cutting crimping and adding pins to wire. On a normal day this task is done only when assembling a unit (about 3-4 x day). This time EE needed something to do so they had EE doing this all day. EE reported to assistant supervisor that their hand was sore and was told to find somebody to help. EE had sporadic help from others. EE did not report injury until the end of the shift. Nobody else reported a concern.
