EE was attempting to move two stainless steel leg weldments that combined weighed 29 pounds in order to recover a sheet of foam from bin location D1015A002. While using both hands to move the padmount legs (TS-10044-015) the EE felt a pop in left forearm. EE did verbally report the injury to a coworker however EE did not report this injury to a supervisor until EE returned to work [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. Injury happened at [REDACTED] on the shift of [REDACTED]. EE had the [REDACTED] 4 [REDACTED] off (thanksgiving). Did not report Injury until EE returned to work [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. HSE Manger director of Operations sent EE home. EE followed up with a dr. on [REDACTED]. EE did not return to scheduled shift on [REDACTED] as was approved per Dr. [REDACTED]. EE returned to scheduled shift [REDACTED].
