Talking to another associate that he was training

The associate was talking to his trainee and then turned around and started walking and hit his leg on the hitch of a rack dolly.

Associate was on one side of a pallet trying to show a trainee how to rick tires. There was a pallet transport train behind him with the hitch facing towards him. When he turned his leg hit the trailer hitch arm and tore the skin on his right shin. Associate did not fall or lose balance.
