[REDACTED] A was grabbing employee B around the body over the arms [REDACTED] B put her one hand through just like the video clasped hands and then broke free and started to turn to look at [REDACTED] A. She appeared to stumble over her own feet or [REDACTED] A 's feet and tumbled backwards landing on her butt then rolling to her back. She did not hit her head and it was fairly slow. She said she was fine but hurt her wrist. I again asked if she was okay and she said she was okay but would sit out the next few movements.
