On __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ at approximately __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ notified me via phone call to the Dispatch phone that __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ had suffered what she believes is a sprained rolled ankle. __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ advised that as she arrived at the location of __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ she went in the roundabout entrance and parked on the left side of the roundabout putting a curb on the left side (driverdoor) of the vehicle. The [RE[REDACTED]CTED] at this time exited the vehicle to go deliver the 5packages for this location (__RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__) as __RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED__ stepped out the van she placed her right foot onto the curb where she was only able to place half of her foot on and as she applied pressure to land her ankle rolled ina unusual way.
