What happened
Employee says she was in [REDACTED] although it was not on her assignment. According to the supervisor a sign was supposed to be on door but was not. What type of sign was not disclosed. [REDACTED] says she developed a rash on her hands. She went to the ER on [REDACTED]. None of these people have complained of ring worm or any other fungal infection.
