Employee says she was in [REDACTED] although it was not on her assignment. According to the supervisor a sign was supposed to be on door but was not. What type of sign was not disclosed. [REDACTED] says she developed a rash on her hands. She went to the ER on [REDACTED]. Documentation from the visit attached.In another conversation [REDACTED] said to me that she got ringworm from the cats we have in the building. I found that unusual as the cats are getting acclimated to the building and are in seclusion. Only certain people go in to tend to them. None of these people have complained of ring worm or any other fungal infection.
