What happened
A patient in the [REDACTED] Unit was being screened by Mental Health and did not want to be admitted to One South. Subsequently the patient attempted to run out of the [REDACTED] unit and pushed Security Officer [REDACTED] aside. I was standing never the entrance to [REDACTED] and observed the patient attempting to exit. I grabbed the patient in an attempt to stop him from exiting. During this interaction I received a cut on my left eyebrow which required two stitches.
