What happened
My management department team was doing evals during the day on [REDACTED] from [REDACTED] to approx [REDACTED]. At approx [REDACTED] I went outside to grab paperwork from my vehicle that was needed for evals when I closed the door and the door caught my left thumb and injured it. I immediately noted to have a break in the nail with pain and bleeding. I went inside washed and rinsed. Placed neosporin finished with my management team our meeting and then was seen in the ER. Where it was noted to have a small open fracture.
