What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] today [REDACTED] I was in [REDACTED] 16 to take a patient 's blood sugar. When I turned to throw something in the garbage I tripped over the pulse oximeter wire which was attached to the patient 's greater right toe. I fell into the wall slamming my left cheek left shoulder and left knee I called employee health within a few minutes and was seen right away.
