Around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] I start to experience light pain on the left side of my knee. It began with subtle pain but as time went on the pain began to progressively get worse. As I couldn 't put any weight on the leg. Due to not being to put weight on the leg because of the pain I began to limp. The following day it had not gotten better after resting elevating the knee and icing it. so I went to urgent care to get it checked out was told there was swelling on the knee and that I had strained it due to nothing appearing on the x ray that was taken. I was told to activates as tolerated. after explaining that I have work the [REDACTED] I was given a note for light duty. After informing my manager and the staffing office [REDACTED] I was told to contact employee health [REDACTED]. During my visit with employee health I was told that I still have mild swelling on the knee and pain. After my overall visit I was put on light duty.
