What happened
On [REDACTED] the DA did not report about her injury until she got back from her route at [REDACTED]. She does not know when it happened exactly but she remembers sorting her packages in the back of the van and bending down to which bent her ankle incorrectly at the same time. There was a little swelling due to continuing her route for the day but the DA decided at first to not go to MedExpress; the [REDACTED] however she wanted to seek medical attention because it still hurt a little bit. Due to her not reporting until she logged out of the [REDACTED] and leaving a little abruptly LMET was not contacted.
