Employee fell while stepping out of the driver 's side of the WOW van inside the car seat bay at the [REDACTED]. It was raining outside and the tires of the van tracked water in making the floor slippery. The employee lost their footing with only one foot out the van door. Employee 's feet went out from under her. She reported her tailbone and head both hit the concrete floor. Other staff heard her hit the floor and one also observed her hit the floor. Employee was wearing sandals at the time of the incident.
