What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] outside the plant during a break before the next shift an Area Manager was speaking with another associate when he suddenly fell from the third-level steps to the ground striking his head on the concrete. The witness attempted to assist him but quickly went to seek additional help. When the leadership team arrived the injured individual was conscious but unaware of what had occurred. Emergency services were called and the local EMS team assessed him at the scene before transporting him to the local emergency room.
