Before the incident
The Supervisor and a Maintenance Employee were trying to remove jammed material that was between the B2 Feed Roll and the Anti Backup Roll. Both Employees held the bar up while another Employee removed the stuck scrap. While releasing the jammed material the bar they were holding made a sudden jolt which pinched smashed the Maintenance Employee Left Thumb between the Bar and the Fencing.
