What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the DA was loading her van at [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]). She went to lift a tote bag to put on top of a shelf but did not realize that it would be too heavy for her. She accidentally hit her hand on one of the metal shelves as the weight of the tote bag brought her down. The DA did not notify about this incident immediatelyinstead she finished loading her van and brought the vehicle back to the offsite. She was sent to Med Express right then and there. The DA did not suffer any fractures however she was sent home afterwards to rest her hand as the doctors from med express indicated that she is not to grasp or lift anything with her right hand. Her next follow-up appointment will be on the upcoming [REDACTED]. She is to remain inactive until then. LMET was contacted through the app and the incident has been reported. The claim number will be provided below. Weather was not a determining factor for this incident. DAs training is up to date
