What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was attempting to make a U-Turn on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] to navigate to his next stop. [REDACTED] thought that the driver of another vehicle was getting into the left turn lane and that he was clear to make the U-Turn. Upon starting the turn another vehicle was coming from the opposite direction and made contact with the front passenger side bumper of [REDACTED] vehicle. This caused some damage to both vehicles involved([REDACTED]’s van: front passenger side panel and bumper Other vehicle: Front driver’s side bumper and panel). Police were called to the scene to assess the situation. The vehicle no longer meets Amazon Delivery standards and will be grounded until it gets repaired. [REDACTED] was taken to Medexpress to get drug screened immediately after the incident. After going to Medexpress for the drug screen he was advised(by Medexpress) to go to the ER to be looked at(X-rays etc.) [REDACTED] went to the NCH Emergency Dept. T
