When he was getting down from his van after grabbing the package he lost his footing by stepping onto a slippery part of the ground that had been it raining all day. [REDACTED] injured his right knee which he stated he had a pre-existing injury that he had to get surgery for. The [REDACTED] failed to report this incident the day that it occurred to dispatch therefore it was not reported to LMET nor was an Amazon leader made aware of the situation. This was reported on [REDACTED]. The weather was a determining factor. [REDACTED]’s training is up to date.
