Walking into room
What happened
she walked into the room and while emptying the trash she noticed the closet door was open. While still slightly leaned over holding the trash bag she went to close the closet door. She was standing in front of the closet door when she reached to close the door. As the door was closing the door fell off the hinges and hit her in the head. At this point she took a step back and sat on the end of the patents bed. She says that she started to feel dizzy and this is when she called her leader.
