[REDACTED] called my cell phone She stated that she could not breathe I asked her what room she was in and she reported 534 [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and I went straight to the elevator and went 534 [REDACTED] was sitting on the desk chair where she was leaning into some pillows going in and out When we got up to the room the temperature in the room was 74 degrees and the 3 pane windows were wide open We shut the shades and turned down the AC [REDACTED] grabbed a hand towel and soaked it in cold water and I placed it one her head I tried to give her some water a couple times but she could barely swallow We then relocated her from the chair to one of the beds She was responding a lot better and not breathing as heavy Ambulance was called and we sat with her till they came I spoke with her to ensure that she remained conscious We also grabbed a fan to help cool her down Ambulance came and ran her vitals and said she was ok She was still quite dizzy It wasn 't till she stood up that it really
