The colleague was performing her role as a Room Attendant and was in the process of moving a cart out from the landing area In order to hold the door open she positioned half a case of water on the door in order to keep it open While pulling the cart out the door began to close and the cart began to fall over EE caught the cart however she could not stop the door from closing The door hit her with force and knocked her with force into the door post
