EE states she was hooking up an empty trailer to her truck. EE states she was walking on the passenger side of the trailer and while holding on to the side of the container. EE states she hit a slick spot in the asphalt that caused her to lose her footing and fall backwards onto her tailbone area which caused her to fall further backwards onto the pavement and caused the back of her head to hit the asphalt. EE attempted to brace herself for the fall using her R wrist. EE states she is currently having pain in her R wrist and tailbone area. She stated her R wrist was a 7 10 and her tailbone 4 10. She denied any concussion symptoms and stated it aches around the site that made contact with the asphalt. EE sought treatment at Atmore Community Hospital and was taken off work for a week.
