What happened
EE states he was inside of the trailer unloading cargo at the time of the incident. He stated he went to reach up to grab a box when it slipped out of his hands. EE went to step back to allow the box to fall to the ground vs hitting him in the face. EE stated as he took a step back he didn t realize a smaller box was behind him and stepped directly on top of the small box which caused his L ankle to roll. EE stated he had surgery [REDACTED] for ligament reconstruction to his L ankle. He is unable to bear weight on his L foot and felt a snapping popping sensation in his L ankle at the time of impact. He is wishing to seek treatment at this time.
