What happened
Fall during exit of TRK c o L elbow pain. EE states while exiting the d s of truck cab EE was holding onto door and grab bar when suddenly a gust of wind blew the door to the maximum open position. As the door swung wide the EE fell from the truck while the L foot was on the top step and R root on the lower step ultimately landing on the left side striking the elbow on the ground. EE sought treatment at PeachTree ImmediateCare [REDACTED]. DX Nondisplaced fracture of head of left radius initial encounter for closed fracture.
