What happened
A [REDACTED] was lifting a piece of sheetrock off a cart to waist height when he felt a tweak in his left elbow. Once he put the full sheet of drywall back down he no longer felt pain and assumed it was just general ware and tare and continued working. The [REDACTED] he felt pain when lifting anything or making fists with his left hand. He was unaware that PIVOT operated on [REDACTED] and did not report the incident until [REDACTED].
