What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] the DA was delivering to [REDACTED] with [REDACTED] and as he was getting the packages out from the van he scraped his left wrist on a rusty nail that was sticking out from the inside of the van. The injury was a slight cut into his skin and we did advise him to go seek medical attention due to the rust and that it could potentially cause an infection.
