Before the incident
Employee had just returned from break. The pan line on the proof box discharge line was not set up for the current variety run (8 pack hamburger pans).
What happened
The hamburger pans jammed up on the guides. The employe went to attempt to unjam it by pushing the guide handle. The employee did not realize that the amount of pressure that they were putting on the handle and the handle broke loose. The employee went forward resulting in scraping cutting the right elbow arm area.
