Welding on a T Flange Piece and installing blinds
What happened
A welder had just finished welding on a flange at his work area. The welder injured employee and another employee decided to carry the flange to a cart in order to transport it to its destination. While moving the flange the welder stepped on a pallet and lost balance. The flange came down on the welder 's knee and then the flange pinched his finger on the ground. Employee was brought to site medical for further evaluation.
