A truck driver drove away from the dock with a forklift still in the trailer. As the truck moved the forklift fell out of the trailer onto the dock. The forklift then tipped backward and eventually landed upright on its four wheels on the ground. Employee in fork truck suffered a contusion to their right elbow.
