What happened
On [REDACTED] employee was pulling billets when he felt a pain in his left shoulder. The second time he felt pain was [REDACTED]. Employee was pulling a bundle of material that was stacked at a heigh of approx. 6 feet. While pulling employee felt a pull in his left shoulder. It felt as though someone stuck him with a needle. On [REDACTED] three bundles fell from the trailer onto the ground and he bent down to pick it up. Employee felt pain in his left shoulder. When employee picked up the first bundle he didn’t feel pain. However when he picked up the second bundle he felt pain
