What happened
EE was cleaning while standing on a step went to step off and stepped on hose that they did not notice was there. When the EE shifted their weight their foot rolled and the hose. The EE fell into the railing surrounding the top of the steamer and some panels fell on the EE the EE landed on their back and ribs on the railing
