At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] an Athlete from small pack was at station 14 giving another Athlete an item when she turned to get out of the station and tripped over an empty assembled box that was under the bubble wrap box This caused her to trip and fall on her right side scrapping her right back forearm with the bubble box and hitting her lower back on the floor and twisting her right ankle since her foot went in sideways The Athlete requested Ibuprofen for the pain and alcohol wiioes
