The employee was supporting operations by utilizing an overhead hoist to raise super sacks into position over the silos. As part of this task the employee will reach around head level to untie the bottom of the super sack.

An employee was operating a hoist on the fifth floor to raise a super sack. During the lift the sack began to sway slightly and the employee instinctively used their arm to steady it resulting in minor shoulder discomfort. The employee reported the issue to their supervisor and was provided with over-the-counter medication before returning to work for the remainder of the shift with minimal pain. After video review the employee is seen raising their right arm when they immediately pull it downward due to pain.
