Employee was removing JT hood outers off the conveyor at the end of the LCH line

Employee was removing JT hood outers off the conveyor at the end of the LCH line and as the part was falling onto the table the employees (2) lifted the top of the hood to make sure there is no strains. Employees then proceeded to lift the part off the table and let it swing down so it can be placed in the rack. The part slipped out of the employees hand hit the top of his sleeve and caught his skin which resulted in a laceration of the right wrist.
