Employee was walking through [REDACTED] Tracks FB location [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] accompanied by another employee heading out of the building towards our festival grounds When EE exited doors to heading towards our outdoor side deck seating area EE lost footing on a 3inch step down platform and fell onto concrete in front of the platform where she lost her footing EE attempted to brace her fall with her hands resulting in noticeable discomfort to her right Wrist Hand Arm EE was immediately directed by her supervisor to notified Patrol and request an evaluation After seeking Patrol support EE was prompted to head to Urgent care for Xrays on her hand Wrist where it was determined EE had a fractured Radial Head
