Two [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] were at [REDACTED] tasked with overhead lighting maintenance Workers were planning to utilize the Genie work platform to allow for access to the overhead lighting Genie was staged in the basement area of [REDACTED] Workers began to transport the Genie via the service elevator at the [REDACTED] terminal Genie would then be moved out of the [REDACTED] terminal and back into [REDACTED] on the main level After arriving at the main level with the service lift the walking working surface had a downward incline to meet the metal grating in the terminal As [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] began to move the Genie down the incline the center of gravity caused the Genie to become unbalanced and tilt downward towards the ground [REDACTED] was on the falling side of the Genie and attempted to avoid being struck as the Genie fell towards the metal grating The Genie knocked [REDACTED] to the ground and [REDACTED] forhead made contact with the metal grating [REDACTED] exp
