EE downloading South Ridge A Quad Conditions icy Chair entered terminal operator slowed lift for EE to unload EE stepped on metal Unload Here sign and slipped EE was off balance and stepped to the right off the side of unload deck EEs foot was caught between unload deck and operator deck and twisted causing EE to fall Right shin of EE contacted edge of unload deck resulting in contusion EE was assisted to First Aid and called Triage hotline at suggestion of patrol staff on duty Hotline recommended clinical assessment EE was transported via resort vehicle to Springfield Hospital and was assessed including XRay imagery EE was advised to maintain light duty work for remaining two days of work contract
