Before the incident
EE was checking his snow on wayout EE was at his last gun that was running on wayout top of rips return and when he stepped out of the manmade snow EE slipped and fell EE was wearing his micro spikes and tried to get his feet dug in but it was too hard and he slid down the pitch of rips return EE came to a stop at the bottom of the steeps where he called his partner and myself to say he was hurt I called grooming and had themMike [REDACTED] go to EE as we went to the top of wayout to wait for him with our people carrier Once we had the EE in the people carrier and brought the EE to the shop at the bottom After evaluating him further i decided to have him go get seen at CMH in [REDACTED] EE will be out till [REDACTED] and will need a follow up before returning to work
