Before the incident

EE has had a reoccurring issue with a bone spur on her left foot It first became noticeable in [REDACTED] She was able to rest on scheduled days off and recover and continue her duties teaching the rest of the season However on [REDACTED] she was in too much pain to get her ski boots on She took the day off and had some additional work done to her boots After that day of rest she was able to teach again on [REDACTED] She then had two regularly scheduled days off on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] She has been working again starting [REDACTED] The problem does still exist The foot is still bothering her We asked for guidance on submitting a report This report reflects what we understand we were told to do
