[REDACTED] was attempting to remove wheel spindle from torsion shaft with a 3 lbs sledge hammer [REDACTED] was holding the spindle end so that when it broke free it wouldnt hit the floor and damage the threads on the spindle [REDACTED] after repeated blows became fatigued and missed the target spot hitting [REDACTED]s pinking finger causing a laceration from the force of the blow [REDACTED] was instructed to go to the emergency room for stiches because of the size and nature of the laceration
