Before the incident
EE reported that she was coming downstairs from the second floor condo side of the hotel [REDACTED] [REDACTED] when she mis stepped and possibly rolled her ankle It was a very busy day at The Lodge and she reported that she just continued to work because she felt no pain The [REDACTED] EE reported that she felt a little sting in her ankle every now and then but she didnt think it was enough to report [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] EE contacted me to inform me that she believes she may need to go to the doctor because her ankle was paining her She gave me the details of what happened I informed EE no matter how small of an accident that she should report it to us immediately I also informed EE that I would make a report of the incident today get it into the system and then get her to a doctor as soon as possible
