at approximately [REDACTED] hours at [REDACTED] Employee hallway outside of Loss Prevention Office Director of Engineering and of Loss Prevention sustained injuries while working on a drainage pipe system from an 8ft ladder on the ladder which was getting wet from a small leak Due to the conditions director of engineering slipped and fell resulting in cuts and scrapes on both of his arms He was unaware of his injuries until Director of Rooms requested assistance Loss Prevention Officer On Duty went into action to provided bandages alcohol wipes and antiseptic spray Director of engineering was eventually located and treated by LPO on duty Manager of Engineering and two other Engineers
