Employee was walking down the stairs in the employee area of the conference center She stepped wrong and turned her left ankle under her body Employee reported hearing a pop and she instantly had a golf ball size bubble on the outside of her ankle It was not black and blue but it was raised and swollen Employee reported not thinking she needed medical attention but I instructed her to seek medical attention if her condition worsened or if she felt it necessary Employee was unsure at the time if she was going to seek medical attention and stated she may go in the morning if it is not any better Employee was able to bare weight on it and walk Employee denied ambulance or another employee to take her to the ER to have it looked at Employee stated she could walk and would see how it was in the morning Employee did put ice on her injury for a short time [REDACTED] security did assist her to her car The following day EE called EK Health then went to MedExpress Somerset Ankle was not broken b
