Employee was getting in and out of roll off truck.

Employee was working on [REDACTED] in the transfer station when he climbed into the front loader he felt a pop in his left knee. He did not mention it to anyone and while working at the landfill on [REDACTED] he started to fall off of the truck and to catch himself he planted his left foot in the ground to hard and his left knee popped. He felt a lot of pain in his knee and decided that he wanted to seek medical treatment for the pain. We have not gotten anything back on him and are waiting to hear from the doctors.
