Before the incident
Setting up cylindrical Grinder while wheel was turning dropped wrench reached for wrench and contacted wheel with forearm.
What happened
EE was setting up the Toyoda [REDACTED] in Tool [REDACTED]. While setting up the machine. The operator was pulled to another job. Upon returning the EE did not realize the grinding wheel was running because of the smooth operation of the wheel for a warmup cycle before grinding a part. When re-commencing work EE was tightening the fixture on the chuck EE dropped a wrench and instinctively reached for it causing contact with the grinding wheel resulting in stitches to the forearm.
