Employee was finished building racking for the day out at Lomar Warehouse. He was on scissor lift- platform extended out. He was backing lift out from under racking. He as kneeled on platform facing rear of lift with left arm extended back behind him operating lift controller. As he backed out of spot his left hand got caught between controller and the cross arm on racking.
