What happened
Employee was pulling a pallet jack containing juice and various other items. When he reached the exit of the backroom to come out onto the sales floor- he stopped briefly to judge how high the pallet was to be able to fit through the door. He realized he could clear it- so he pulled- then felt a sharp pain in his chest.
