What happened

Said she was doing go backs and put eggs back- felt something under her foot and slipped. Was wearing black sneakers- supposedly nonslip. Agreed to paramedics coming and they checked her out- but she declined to leave with them. I took pictures of the floor and sent them to your work phone . Her left ankle hurts but paramedics saw no blood or swelling. They also ruled out a fracture. Employee was a carton of eggs I also took a picture of- that was missing 2 eggs and a little yolk residue on the ground- but dried residue. She isn 't sure if she hit her head but knows she hit her back- which she described as feeling hot AND cold. Also said her head hurts. Employee was cleaned pretty soon after she fell since she dropped some eggs with her- and we didn 't want another accident possibly. No witnesses to the fall but [REDACTED] from AOL- [REDACTED] [REDACTED] from Dairy and I all witnessed the aftermath and I stayed with while paramedics were checking her out and stayed with her until she l
