What happened
In bakery freezer- Employee was getting muffins to start putting them into muffin pans. He moved three cases- one at time from the shelving in the freezer and put them onto the ground. He then picked up the three cases of muffins at one time from the ground and put them onto an orange two wheeler. Employee was experienced once he lifted them off of the ground. Employee was felt in the middle of his back. Felt like a tight stabbing pain.
