Employee was riding in the van on his way back to the store from completing a catering

The [REDACTED] catering van was traveling west on [REDACTED]. A white Ford [REDACTED] was traveling south on [REDACTED] and pulled out in front of the [REDACTED] van- causing the [REDACTED] van to collide with the driver 's side of the pickup. Both passengers in the van were seatbelted; Employee was transported to the hospital for evaluation due to chest and neck pain. The other passenger- [REDACTED] denied transportation by ambulance and will take himself to the ER for wrist- neck and chest pain. We believe Employee was taken to [REDACTED] 's hospital as it is the closest to the accident.
