What happened
Employee was throwing the last of the food in the dumpster- the West side swinging door in the trashdumpster area was closed and the East one open. As she threw the trash in she swayed back and smacked her head on the closed door. She did not immediately seek medical attention- however on [REDACTED] she went to the Emergency since she was not feeling normal. There she received a CT scan and was dianosed with a mild concussion.
